Our personalized and bejeweled crystal and glass paperweights are not only functional but serve as distinctive gifts, personal keepsakes and souvenirs to commemorate life's special moments. They are original designs and are either one of a kind or limited edition pieces.

If you see an item you love but wish a different color story, please contact us with details of your request. We are able to accommodate most color requests and welcome all custom orders.

Custom and bridal designs are always welcome and require a non refundable 50% down payment prior to starting the creative process. All custom orders and special requests are final sale. Ask about our interest free layaway plan.

To make purchasing easy, we offer you the option of paying for your order in multiple payments similar to a layaway plan. You may select from a 2 or 3 payment plan. Payments are calculated according to the total amount of the purchase price only and any shipping charges are paid with the deposit. DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION OF YOUR LISTING. We reserve the right to cancel and relist an item that the deposit has not been made on. Your item will be shipped within 24 hrs of receipt of final payment.
How It Works:
EXAMPLE: Necklace $135.00/3 month installments =$45.00. Your deposit would equal $45.00

EXAMPLE: Paperweight $65.00/2 month installment=$32.50. Your deposit would equal $32.50 plus shipping charges. Your final payment would equal $32.50

All payments are to be made via PayPal. The item listing will be assigned a “custom order” or "reserved listing" status in your name and will appear in the shop until it is paid in full. You can make a payment on it anytime. Please note* the first payment serves to reserve the item and is non-refundable if further payments are not made.

We stand by our work, and work hard to provide you with strong, beautiful and unique pieces. Color of item(s) may vary slightly from monitor to monitor. Objects may appear larger than normal when photographed. Close-up images and detailed descriptions are provided so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Sale items are not returnable. Please ask any questions PRIOR to purchase.

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Should you wish to return your item(s) we ask that you follow these steps:

  • Contact us immediately via e-mail at prior to mailing the item(s) back with the reason for your return and for an authorization. Please do not return you item(s) until we respond to your email.
  • The item(s) should be mailed back to us with tracking information within 3-5 business days from corresponding with us.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged, then you will be refunded for the shipping cost). We do not supply shipping labels for returns.
  • The item(s) you are returning must be unused/unworn and in their original condition and returned to us as we sent them to you (including the boxes or gift packaging that they came in).
  • Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, and as specified above, we will offer you a refund or store credit for the product price less a 10% restocking fee.


Because we hand craft items to order and begin the creative process shortly after you place your order, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. If you change your mind after you've placed an order and wish to cancel, your refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To cancel, please contact us ASAP at with your cancel request.  If we have already shipped, you will need to treat this as a return (see above).


Because of the nature of COMMISSIONED, PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM orders which are made to your specifications they are considered "FINAL" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If we have made an error in the personalization or customization, we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.


Simply Divine Creations inspects every order prior to shipping and will do our best to protect your items during shipping. If your order has been damaged you must contact us via e-mail at within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so that a claim can be processed. Please keep the original packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or merchandise credit can be honored. Again, we ask that you do not return the item(s) until we have responded to your request. If the original packaging shows obvious damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at Simply Divine Creations will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to the postal service negligence.

Simply Divine Creations accepts payment through PayPal only which accepts all major credit and debit cards. . You can also download the PayPal app for your tablet or cell phone. Have an Apple device...they have you covered there too. Get the PayPal app from the Apple app store or from Google Play. Sorry, but we do not accept checks or money orders. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. 

All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail INSURED unless otherwise requested. Currently we do not offer international shipping. USA only. 

We love custom orders and they are always welcome. 50% nonrefundable down payment is required on all custom orders and special requests. The final 50% will be invoiced after client approval, and prior to shipping.

Consultations can occur within a day of contact and first concept completed within 48 hours and completion within 1-2 weeks of the order or sooner. * Please note: Additional revisions equal additional time.
