Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Should you wish to return your item(s) we ask that you follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately via e-mail at SimplyDivineCr@aol.com
prior to mailing the item(s) back
with the reason for your return and for an authorization.
. Please do not return you item(s) until we respond to your email.
The item(s) should be mailed back to us with tracking information
within 3-5 business days from corresponding with us.
- All shipping
charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged, then you will be
refunded for the shipping cost). We do not supply shipping labels for returns.
- The item(s) you are returning must be unused/unworn and in their original condition and returned
to us as we sent them to you (including the boxes or gift packaging that they came in).
- Once we receive the item(s) in good condition, and as specified above, we will offer you a refund or store credit for the product price less a 10% restocking fee.
Because we hand craft items to order and begin the creative process shortly after you place your order, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. If you change your mind after you've placed an order and wish to cancel, your refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. To cancel, please contact us ASAP at SimplyDivineCr@aol.com with your cancel request. If we have already shipped, you will need to treat this as a return (see above).
COMMISSIONED, PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM ORDERS
Because of the nature of COMMISSIONED, PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM orders which are made to your specifications they are considered "FINAL" and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If we have made an error in the personalization or customization, we will be happy to exchange it free of charge.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Simply Divine Creations inspects every order prior to shipping and will do our best to protect your items during shipping. If your order has been damaged you must contact us via e-mail at SimplyDivineCr@aol.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so that a claim can be processed. Please keep the original packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or merchandise credit can be honored. Again, we ask that you do not return the item(s) until we have responded to your request. If the original packaging shows obvious damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at SimplyDivineCr@aol.com. Simply Divine Creations will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to the postal service negligence.
